2 Popular Prime Beef Products & How to Cook Them

Two famous prime beef products are sirloin and porterhouse steaks. The difference between the two are:

●     Sirloin – This kind of steak is perfect for starting with if you aren’t familiar with steaks. This particular cut comes from the sirloin of the cow, and it isn’t all that expensive to attain in grocery stores.

●     Porterhouse – This type of steak cut is from the short loin that is between the meeting point of the top loin and the tenderloin. This cut is around the same area as the T-bone and contains the strip steak and the filet. Although the porterhouse is roughly a much larger cut than the T-bone steak, it’s most likely believed that it’s the same cut of meat.
